Unlike the OEM all of our Machining is done in house. At our state of the art 30,000 square foot machine shop . Caterpillar Camshafts – Our Caterpillar remanufactured camshafts meet and exceed OEM specifications for lobe dimensions, hardness & surface finish. We achieve this accuracy by maintaining ISO9001 level documentation & standards. Blake’s remanufactures all camshafts in a controlled in house setting. Our inventory consists of products ranging from an older D399 camshaft to a late style 3516B camshaft. Blake’s also carries a vast inventory of Caterpillar Fuel Injection camshafts. On Caterpillar and Governor drive shafts and Fuel Injection camshafts for Caterpillar 399, 398 & 379 we manufacture new splines to replace the worn splines.  All products are ready for same or next day delivery. Caterpillar Lifters/Followers – Our Caterpillar Lifters/Followers meet and exceed OEM specifications for dimensions, hardness & surface finish. We maintain the accuracy of the crowned profile on reground flat tappet lifters using the latest technology and machinery.  Our rebuilt Caterpillar roller cam followers include the 3400 & 3500 series. They are rebuilt using new rollers and pins. We also carry the Caterpillar 3406E, C15, C16 and C18 Rocker arm assemblies which also include rebuilding with new pins and rollers. Caterpillar Connecting Rods – Our Caterpillar Connecting Rods are shot penned for stress relief. Distortion of bearing cap and rod is eliminated. Bearing ‘crush’ is predictable and controllable. Serrations are accurately machined for perfect fit. Large bore is round to meet OEM specification. Small end is replaced with new bushings and bored to specification. Cylinder/Piston Packs are available. This includes a remanufactured rod, new pistons, new liners & new rings. The packs come ready to install saving precious assembly time. Blake’s products offer same as new performance at a fraction of the price. We can offer the C15 with the forged steel pistons to the 6.25 bore and 3516 cylinder/piston packs.

Caterpillar Crankshafts – Our Caterpillar remanufactured crankshafts meet and exceed OEM specifications for Rod and Main Journal dimensions, hardness & surface finish. We achieve this accuracy by maintaining ISO9001 level documentation & standards. Blake’s remanufactures all crankshafts in a controlled in house machine shop setting. Our Caterpillar crankshafts are precision machined to undersize or rebuilt to STD/STD using the latest machinery and technology. Our Machinery can handle a crankshaft up to a Caterpillar 3516. Caterpillar Cylinder Blocks – Blake’s Remanufacturing’s  plant uses state of the art equipment to do precision remanufacturing work on all sizes of Caterpillar cylinder blocks; including repair of counter bores, lower bores, align boring, sleeving the cylinders, sleeving main and cam bores, repairing of head bolt holes and resurfacing the deck.
