With a combined 75 years experience remanufacturing Cummins camshafts, lifters, connecting rods, cylinder heads and, soon, crankshafts, we are leaders in our field. Our expertise with Cummins is the metal build-up process for camshafts that have bad injector and valve lobes. We sent all our camshafts to a major universities metal lab to be tested for material content and hardness. We found the correct material to match each camshaft. For example the VTA/1710 camshaft has an inherit problem with valve and injector lobe failure.
After our metal build-up process, the camshaft will hold up better than OEM parts. Our Cummins cam followers are remanufactured by replacing the pins and rollers with new. Cummins rods are of the highest quality. All rods are magnafluxed, shot blasted for stress relieve, and sized to OEM specifications on the big and small ends. Cylinder head product quality is “World Class” and priced for best value.
