Detroit Diesel Camshafts – – Our Detroit Diesel remanufactured camshafts meet and exceed OEM specifications for lobe dimensions, hardness, and surface finish. We achieve this accuracy by maintaining ISO9001 level documentation and standards. Blake’s remanufactures all camshafts in a controlled in house setting. Our inventory consists of products ranging from an older 2-71 camshaft to a late style DDEC V camshaft. Blake’s also carries a vast inventory of all two stroke camshafts & balance shafts. Detroit Diesel Lifters/Followers – Our Detroit Diesel Lifters/Followers meet and exceed OEM specifications for dimensions, hardness, and surface finish. Our rebuilt Detroit roller cam followers include the two stroke and 60 series. They are rebuilt using new rollers and pins. We also carry the Detroit Rocker arm assemblies. Injector Rocker Arm service kit is now available for Detroit Diesel Series 60® applications. The kit includes a new pin and a new roller made from a Ceramic material. Detroit Diesel Connecting Rods – Our Detroit Diesel Connecting Rods are shot penned for stress relief. Distortion of bearing cap and rod is eliminated. Bearing ‘crush’ is predictable and controllable. Serrations are accurately machined for perfect fit. Large bore is round to meet OEM specification. Small end is replaced with new bushings and bored to specification. Lifecycle and warranties meet or exceed industry standards. Detroit Diesel Crankshafts – Our Detroit Diesel crankshafts meet and exceed OEM specifications for Rod and Main Journal dimensions, hardness, and surface finish. We achieve this accuracy by maintaining ISO9001 level documentation & standards. Blake’s remanufactures all crankshafts in a controlled in house machine shop setting. Our Detroit crankshafts are precision machined to undersize or rebuilt to STD/STD using the latest machinery and technology. Our Machinery can handle the 16V-149 as one piece. Detroit Diesel Cylinder Blocks – Blake’s Remanufacturing’s plant uses state of the art equipment to do precision remanufacturing work on all sizes of Detroit cylinder blocks; including repair of counterbores, lowerbores, align boring, sleeving the cylinders, sleeving main and cam bores, repairing of head-bolt holes and resurfacing the deck. Blake’s Remanufacturing has the capacities to resurface a block up to 106" in length.
